David J. Eisenhauer

Founder & Chief Wealth Strategist

Greykasell Wealth Strategies founder, David Eisenhauer, also serves as the firm’s Chief Wealth Strategist. David began his career in financial services at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he audited large public and private companies. Before founding Greykasell, he spent over 14 years at a top 5 independent broker dealer, where he built a successful financial advisory practice.

David is widely recognized for his expertise and has received several accolades over the years. Most recently, he was named a Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Advisor* (Northern California) by Forbes in 2023, 2022 and 2021. In 2022 and 2021, the publication named him Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisor Best-in-State (Northern California). And in 2020, The Financial Times names him to their list of Top 400 advisors.**

He currently holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designations.

Cynthia Miller

Director of Operations

Cynthia graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. While completing her studies, Cynthia was also a four-year collegiate athlete and team captain of the women’s swim team.

Cynthia joined the team in 2019 as the Director of Operations. Cynthia manages daily operational and administrative tasks for both clients and team members.

Cynthia lives in Walnut Creek with her husband Jackson and son Dax (2024). In her free time, she is an avid crossfitter, enjoys hiking with her family and spending time with friends.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Michael Kimbrough

Director of Investments

Michael joined the team in 2020 as Director of Investments. In this role he provides guidance on the investments, asset allocation and portfolio construction for our clients with advisory relationships. Prior to joining the team he was a Director at Bank of Montreal and Vice President at Citigroup advising institutional clients trading foreign exchange and fixed income products. Michael also held investment management related positions at Merrill Lynch and PIMCO. He has 24 years of financial services experience and holds a MBA in investments and financial markets from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.

Michael and his wife Kelly live in Danville with their three kids Audrey (2010), Jack (2012) and Vivien (2019). In his free time he enjoys golfing, traveling and watching his kids play soccer, baseball, lacrosse, basketball and football.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Teri R. Eisenhauer

Office Manager

Teri graduated from Sonoma State with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She was a four-year collegiate athlete as part of the women’s track & field team and was Academic All-American in 2006 and Academic All-Conference 2006-2007.

Teri began her financial services career recruiting at Northwestern Mutual where she recruited David from the public accounting sector into the advisor space. For the past 15 years, Teri has been instrumental to the firm’s success by providing support in every area as the firm has grown from a one-person advisor practice into the firm now known as Greykasell.

Teri resides in Danville with her husband David (married in 2007), daughter Ellie (2011), son Greydon (2013), and son Kason (2016). In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at the kid’s school, spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and watching the kids play sports.
